Silent Hill: Townfall Looks Promising

 


I have watched the new trailer to Silent Hill: Townfall, and I think we could be getting another great masterpiece. I still haven't played Silent Hill F yet, but I did hear that the game did get some praise from fans, so I'm sure we are going to be introduced to another great game for the franchise. I'm glad that this franchise is getting new games. While it's awesome that we are getting remakes to our favorite Silent Hill games, we were in desperate need for new games coming in for this franchise. 

Townfall is going to be following a brand-new character named Simon, who ends up in Silent Hill for an unknown reason. The monster designs look horrific, kind of like how the monster designs were like for Silent Hill 2 and 3. We are also getting a first-person point of view this time around, and I'm not sure how to feel about this development yet. 

I'm so used to the third person point of view, so I'm hoping that the new point of view will grow on me. If it worked for Resident Evil 7, 8, and now 9, then maybe this new direction for the franchise will work out too!

Pearl is a Wicked and Horrific Start to a Memorable Horror Trilogy

Mia Goth pulls off such a likable character with terrifying tendencies of murder and mayhem. Pearl  is actually a prequel to one of my favorite horror films,  X , and is the middle chapter in a trilogy. This trilogy was directed by Ti West, and it featured Mia Goth playing two different characters, as both the antagonist and the protagonist in this trilogy. The prequel starts off Mia as the villain, Pearl. Unlike the protagonist, Maxine, that has her dreams come true, Pearl isn’t exactly given the same happy ending. If it hadn’t been for her killer self, maybe she would have had a chance in the ‘star world.’ Instead, we are given a total downfall of Pearl embracing her monstrous side, killing anyone that stands in her way. ‘The Return of the Pumpkin Rabbit’ is an Animated Cartoon that is Absolutely Terrifying

The story follows a group of kids on Halloween who are curious to investigate a house known as The Murder House. The group of kids (the kids are actually animals) don’t realize what sort of horrors await inside of the house…and damn…it ends up turning into a fight for survival. The kids are hunted by two people known as the Waterson's, a sheep and a rabbit, (yes, a sheep and a rabbit) who terrorize these poor children. And damn, these deaths do not hold back.
