5 Horror Movies I Will Never Watch Again

Image
Credit to  Sometimes They Come Back – ‘REC’ (2007) vs ‘Quarantine’ (2008) | Little Red Horror I never thought I would find horror movies that would either piss me off, or disturb me so bad, I would never want to watch them again. I'm a huge fan of horror movies, but I even I have my limits when it comes to what I like when it comes to horror.  Some horror movies have defeated me, and I have decided that I would never watch these particular films again. I have my reasons why, and I'm planning to explain why I don't care to watch any of these movies again.  Even if I was offered a million dollars, I would still refuse to watch these movies again.  Here are 5 horror movies I never want to watch again: 5. In Fabric Credit to  In Fabric (2018) - IMDb In Fabric is hands down one of the most disappointing horror movies I have watched in years. I had seen this film back in 2019, and I was blown away by the sudden whiplash I had received from this film. This movi...

Mindwarp is a Mindf*ck

Image
Credit to Tubi I have watched a lot of weird horror movies throughout my life, but I think this one really stood out from all the rest. I ignored the bad reviews from critics, and decided to give a horror movie called Mindwarp a chance. I finally got to check it out on Tubi, and I was blown away by how this movie... confused the shit out of me.  We follow the story of a woman named Judy, who is unhappy with her life. She lives in a Sci - fi simulator universe, and is stuck inside of a room with her mother. They are able to enter a world where they can imagine whatever they desire in their dreams. Judy is tired of her fake world, and desires to see the real world. She is given that chance, when she goes against protocol. Her mother is killed by accident due to Judy's actions, and she is taken away by the guards. She wakes up in a desert world, where cannibals reside. Judy is saved by a mystery man named Stover, who takes her into his home, and teaches her the way of this wor...

Evil Dead 2 is an Unpredictable, Gory Masterpiece

Image
Credit to  Evil Dead 2 — Popcorn Frights The first time I saw the sequel to the iconic first  Evil Dead  film, it was love at first sight. I loved the gore, the practical effects, the use of stop motion, and the characters that struggle to fight for their lives against pure evil. The story to the sequel is pretty much a re — do of the first film, with a comedy aspect added to the story. The story follows Ash and his girlfriend, Linda, who are going to spend time together in a cabin that doesn’t even belong to them. Trouble instantly arrives to ruin the couple’s honeymoon, when Ash plays a tape recorder that unleashes evil. Linda is possessed by this evil, and Ash is forced to kill her. He buries her, and then he attempts to escape, but realizes that the woods isn’t going to let him go. The evil has plans for him, that lead to nothing but utter chaos. Ash is psychological and physically tortured by the evil for about 30 minutes of the film. Credit to  31 Days o...

5 Horror Games that Broke Me

Image
Credit to  The Best Horror Games coming in October (Part 1) I have played multiple horror games throughout the years. I have decided to only talk about five of them, because these particular horror games are the only ones who left an impact on me. What I mean by that is that I either broke down in tears, or I was so shocked with the ending of the game that I was speechless.  I love it when horror games do that.  It really shows that the developers were determined to create a masterpiece to shock their potential horror fans, and I'm glad we have gotten so many games that will stay with us forever.  Here are five horror games that broke me.  5. The Evil Within Credit to  The Evil Within Review - IGN The Evil Within was the first horror game that challenged me to the death. I had no clue that the game was automatically on nightmare mode, and I died about 256 times.  Yes, I'm playing, the game told me after the end credits, I had perished that many...

Amenti is a Perfect Egyptian Horror Game

Image
Credit to Steam What if you were an idiot in search of the perfect discovery to become famous? And you were willing to do anything to achieve your dream? Amenti is a survival horror game that follows the story of a random protagonist who carries dreams of becoming rich and famous. The protagonist is willing to put himself in danger within an Egyptian pyramid, not knowing that something ancient and evil is waiting for him within the many tombs that reside inside.  I love how this game did not hold back on the jump scares. I'm not exactly a sucker for these kinds of scares, but the thought of something not human appearing right in front of you from out of nowhere is terrifying. I couldn't believe that the protagonist never once turned back.  It was obvious that things were going to get so much worse...but his hunger for fame is what kept his dumbass from leaving. Not even the constant warnings from a dead man who dared to venture into the tombs was enough to stop him....

Presence is a Tragic Ghost Story with a Shocking Twist of Fate

Image
Credit to Presence | Official Trailer — Lucy Liu, Chris Sullivan, Julia Fox | Watch I was not expecting Presence to be viewed through the point of view of a ghost. This was a genius idea, and it set the tone for the movie! I assumed the film was going to be terrifying, but I was surprised to learn it was actually going to be a tragic story! The trailer did an excellent job keeping me in suspense, and I loved how I found myself studying every single frame, wondering what the hell the movie was about.  Now, here is the plot to Presence . Warning: Major spoilers for the film, because it does feature one of the best shocking endings in a horror movie, so…if you wanna watch it, please turn back now!!! Presence begins with a family of four moving into a new home.  Credit to Presence Review — A Supernatural Stunner with a Spiritless Script — Screen Love Affair A girl named Chloe and her family move into a new home in the beginning of the film. We notice right away that s...

Backcountry is a Disturbing Film Based on a True Story that Involved a Bear Attack

Image
Credit to Backcountry 2014 | Kinoafisha I never bothered to watch Backcountry, because I’m pretty picky when it comes to the ‘nature horror’ types of movies.  I recently watched this movie yesterday… it destroyed me.  It was not a pleasant watch when it came to the incredible practical effects of the gore scenes…I can handle gore, but this one felt too tragic.  It think it has to do with the fact that this movie is based on a true story.  I did do my research after I finished watching the film, and I was stunned to see how respectful the director was when it came to directing this film. Adam MacDonald is the mastermind behind this film, and he did not want to make it an exact replica of what happened to the couple that was involved in the bear attack in 2005. A married couple had been attacked by a black bear while they were camping in a park in Canada. They both sustained brutal injuries, and the husband tried his best to save his wife. Tragically, she passe...
