Presence is a Creepy Trailer that Focuses on the Haunting of a Family

 


I have never seen a trailer done so simply in the horror genre. 

And I felt so uncomfortable after watching the trailer to Presence. 

It appears that a family is being haunted by something in their home, and I think that the teenage daughter is going to be the main target of whatever this thing is. 

I also love how the camera angles are done in this film. I think we horror fans are going to get a really unique point of view when it comes to the haunting of the family. There is a rumor that I heard recently that the camera angles are supposed to be the presence that is among the family, but whatever it really is, I think the director is a genius for trying something so original for this movie!

I do think that the ratings to this movie are a bit over the top praise, so I'm curious if I'm actually going to feel terrified while watching this movie. 

The last movie to truly scare the crap out of me was Hereditary. I didn't care much for the ending, but the slow build - up was truly a scary journey, and I couldn't handle watching some of those scenes with the family. 

I love horror movies that focus on a family, because we viewers don't know what to expect when it comes to the terror that is awaiting these innocent victims!

Presence will be released on January 19th, and in some areas, January 25th.

Pearl is a Wicked and Horrific Start to a Memorable Horror Trilogy

Mia Goth pulls off such a likable character with terrifying tendencies of murder and mayhem. Pearl  is actually a prequel to one of my favorite horror films,  X , and is the middle chapter in a trilogy. This trilogy was directed by Ti West, and it featured Mia Goth playing two different characters, as both the antagonist and the protagonist in this trilogy. The prequel starts off Mia as the villain, Pearl. Unlike the protagonist, Maxine, that has her dreams come true, Pearl isn’t exactly given the same happy ending. ‘The Return of the Pumpkin Rabbit’ is an Animated Cartoon that is Absolutely Terrifying

The story follows a group of kids on Halloween who are curious to investigate a house known as The Murder House. The group of kids (the kids are actually animals) don’t realize what sort of horrors await inside of the house…and damn…it ends up turning into a fight for survival. The kids are hunted by two people known as the Waterson's, a sheep and a rabbit, (yes, a sheep and a rabbit) who terrorize these poor children. And damn, these deaths do not hold back.
