I’m a Sucker for Crazy Psycho Couples in Horror Movies

 


When it comes to horror/romance movies, I love me a good love story.

There is just something special about these crazy people finding love with each other that gets me. I can’t help but find it romantic, knowing that they were able to find someone that is just like them.

I have a lot of favorite horror couples.

Joe Goldberg and Love Quinn from You.

Noa and Steve from Fresh.

Julie and R from Warm Bodies.

Ichabod and Katrina from Sleepy Hollow.

The list is endless.

I would love to write a list of my favorite horror couples later. It would be the perfect topic to write about in time for Valentine’s Day.

Speaking of Valentine’s Day, why haven’t we gotten a crazy psycho couple as serial killers in a horror movie? Wouldn’t that be a genius idea? Can you imagine how much fun the director and writers would have with an idea like this?


Gosh, I really hope we get a movie like this one day!

Some of my favorite horror couples consist of one of them being human, and the other as a supernatural being.

I love these kinds of forbidden romances.

It’s so romantic!

And if they are both psychopaths, then it makes the horror experience even better!

The Final Season of 'You' Ends on a Powerful Note

People have always been mixed on what they think of this show, but I have always loved the insanity of this crazy serial killer.  Joe Goldberg is such a complex character who thrives on the power of love and is willing to do whatever it takes for the next woman he falls for.  He never hesitates to murder anyone, including his love interest. If she stops loving him, he will not hesitate to murder her. That is the main reason why Joe is freaking scary. He will be your knight in shining armor, but once that image of love is taken from him, he will show his true nature.  I loved how the final season focused on Joe’s evil self. While the first four seasons purposely viewed his character sort of like an antihero, the final season does not hold back on Joe’s evil side. Horror Movie Trailers Are Starting to Piss Me Off Again

  Credit to Rotten Tomatoes  I went to the movies last night to go watch the film,  Babygirl . The movie surprised me in many ways, and I was left speechless multiple times. Like what the heck did I just watch?? Before the movie began, like in any theater, I was watching several trailers. I watched three horror movie trailers that caught my attention: 1. Companion is going to be released on January 31st.  Credit to Bloody Disgusting Even though I now have an idea what the movie is going to be about, not enough was shown for me to fully understand just what the hell was going on.  I won’t spoil anything here, because I know that this film is going to be a complete surprise to everyone. The premise is already so original! 2.
