Cuphead is a Nightmare
I’m sure that many of you video gamers out there have heard of a game called Cuphead. It was released one day before my birthday, in 2017. This game took the world by storm, bringing fans a game with old — school cartoon animation.
The game’s story is based on two brothers named Cuphead and Mugman. They attend a casino that is hosted by his right — hand man, King Dice, where they endure many losses.
The brothers soon find out that the Devil is the one who runs the show, and in order to avoid making a contract with the Devil, they must collect all of his runaways who refused to pay up.
Each boss fight feels like you’re in Hell.

It is not easy to defeat each of these bastards, and they put up a good fight against the two brothers.
I don’t blame them, since they owe money to the literal devil, so I would have probably done the same.
It takes multiple attempts to even defeat one boss, and I lost track of how many times I got my ass beat. Even though this game made me want to tear out my hair, I will never forget this delightful experience.
I got to play this game with my sister, and this game sort of resonated with us, since the main characters were also siblings.
That is the main reason why Cuphead holds a special place in our hearts.
I will never forget this difficult game.
And I will always cherish the frustrations we experienced together, and the triumphs we had, once we took down one asshole who refused to pay up.
