We Don't Need a Stephen King Cujo Remake

 


I have no idea how to feel about this remake announcement. 

I think everyone has the same worry with this film. 

We’re all hoping CGI will not be involved. 

I feel that the majority of horror films out there would rather stick to CGI than going all out with practical effects. That is what makes a horror film special, like if the Terrifier franchise could pull it off, then any horror movie out there can!

I’m also hoping this is not a cash grab. If we are going to get a remake, I hope the writers don’t dare go over the top with the dog attacks, or have the dog be CGI in some scenes. We horror fans want the real thing!

I guess we’ll find out later on what sort of ‘dog’ we’re going to see…

Are We Horror Fans Finally Getting an R.L. Stine Fear Street Movie?

Stine is known for creating the iconic Goosebumps series for children, he also created a horror series for young adults, known as the Fear Street novels.  I felt that this series was extremely underrated, and I always wondered if there would ever be a movie on any of these horror novels one day.  We did get a trilogy of Fear Street on Netflix, but I’ll be referring to his standalone horror novels for this article. We are getting a film based on one of his books, Prom Queen, that will be releasing sometime this year.  This story is a pretty simple slasher tale. Horror Movie Trailers Are Starting to Piss Me Off Again

  Credit to Rotten Tomatoes  I went to the movies last night to go watch the film,  Babygirl . The movie surprised me in many ways, and I was left speechless multiple times. Like what the heck did I just watch?? Before the movie began, like in any theater, I was watching several trailers. I watched three horror movie trailers that caught my attention: 1. Companion is going to be released on January 31st.  Credit to Bloody Disgusting Even though I now have an idea what the movie is going to be about, not enough was shown for me to fully understand just what the hell was going on.  I won’t spoil anything here, because I know that this film is going to be a complete surprise to everyone.
