Evil Dead Burn Looks Like Another Great Entry for the Franchise

I recently watched the new teaser trailer for the new Evil Dead film for the franchise, called Evil Dead Burn. This is one of the most original teaser trailers from the franchise so far, including among the horror genre this year! From the premise I have read about online, we are going to be following another family. 

A widow returns home to her family, but somehow, they awaken the demons into their home, and the family is now under attack. 

We see what I presume to be the main character, is trying to escape from the terrifying situation happening in her home. A family member is being ruthlessly attacked by a possessed person, being thrown around and slammed against parts of the house as the woman is trying to crawl away. 

One other family member falls in front of her, and is then flown into the air as she continues to crawl to safety. 

We then get a creepy background shot of one person floating toward the family member that is currently getting thrown around by a demon, as the woman makes it to the stairs, freaking out over her situation. 

Then we get the title card: Evil Dead Burn, ending the teaser trailer.

This entire sequence was filmed in one shot, and it was effective, and it left me with an eerie feeling.

This is the kind of shit I want from horror movies. 

I’m so excited for Evil Dead Burn, and the best part, is that we are getting a brand new Book of the Dead for this movie. I cannot wait to see what madness is going to take place within this family, it’s one of my most anticipated horror movies of the year!

Evil Dead Burn will be releasing on July 10th, 2026.

Pearl is a Wicked and Horrific Start to a Memorable Horror Trilogy

Mia Goth pulls off such a likable character with terrifying tendencies of murder and mayhem. Pearl  is actually a prequel to one of my favorite horror films,  X , and is the middle chapter in a trilogy. This trilogy was directed by Ti West, and it featured Mia Goth playing two different characters, as both the antagonist and the protagonist in this trilogy. The prequel starts off Mia as the villain, Pearl. Unlike the protagonist, Maxine, that has her dreams come true, Pearl isn’t exactly given the same happy ending. ‘The Return of the Pumpkin Rabbit’ is an Animated Cartoon that is Absolutely Terrifying

The story follows a group of kids on Halloween who are curious to investigate a house known as The Murder House. The group of kids (the kids are actually animals) don’t realize what sort of horrors await inside of the house…and damn…it ends up turning into a fight for survival. The kids are hunted by two people known as the Waterson's, a sheep and a rabbit, (yes, a sheep and a rabbit) who terrorize these poor children. And damn, these deaths do not hold back.
