Credit to Tokyo Gore Police | Rotten Tomatoes I watched Tokyo Gore Police for the first time last night, and it was one of my most anticipated movies of this year.  Now…I’m not so sure how to feel.  This movie is difficult to put into words…without feeling the urge to vomit.  That is probably the best way I can describe this film.  The only way I can describe this film.  This is hands down the craziest horror film I have seen so far in October. I felt so freaking disgusted during so many scenes in this film, and I had to keep my eyes away from the screen to avoid feeling sick.  This movie does have a cult following, and yes, the body horror insanity is awesome, but the sick bits sprinkled in certain parts of this movie really bothered me on another level. Now…how should I even describe the plot to Tokyo Gore Police? Well…it’s pretty strange. But also cool at the same time? Credit to Tokyo Gore Police — [FILMGRAB] We follow the story of a young w...

Credit to https://www.pastemagazine.com/movies/horror-movies/horror-movies-of-2025-list-release-dates-synopsis-filmmakers-schedule I feel that I am so behind on horror movies for this year. I have been so busy with life this year, and it's been tough to make time for some great horror that I'm honestly so disappointed I didn't get to watch on the big screen. I'm also going to mention the ones I haven't seen yet that were released straight to streaming, because I think I am really missing out on some great horror that was released this year. I'm sure that some of you are going to be in shock with the ones I haven't seen yet, but I am going to watch them for sure when I get the chance! 5. Sinners I cannot believe I haven't seen a horror movie that was considered to be one of the best vampire films ever brought to the big screen. It was in theaters for the longest time, but I wasn't able to make time for the film, when it came to personal stuff going ...

Credit to https://facts.net/culture-and-the-arts/15-interesting-book-facts/ Halloween is about to arrive in 2 weeks. I've been having a good time watching multiple horror movies, while reading fantastic horror novels I have been finding by accident. I love to come across new horror books from random stores, and I freaked out when I finally got my hands on these books. I was blown away by each of these stories. These books consist of all kinds of horror: psychological, murder, slashers, and extreme gore. Here are five horror books to read, just 2 weeks before Halloween! Picture of my books. 5. Disappearance at Devil's Rock by Paul Tremblay I was not expecting the book to be so tragic. I was really looking forward to reading more of Tremblay's work, and I loved how messed up this novel was. We follow the story of a family determined to solve the disappearance of a kid named Josh, that is starting to leave behind supernatural clues for his mother and sister. He had vanished ...

Credit to Smile movie review & film summary (2023) | Roger Ebert I wasn’t interested in watching Smile for a long time. I had seen the trailer to the first film, and I was not interested. It looked like it was going to be a jump scare fest, and I felt like too many great scenes were spoiled in the trailer. Then I finally decided to give the film a shot, once I heard that it was put on Netflix.  I was amazed by how great this film was.  And I was so pissed off that one of the best jump scares from the film was spoiled in the trailer.  It’s also a really sad film, because the main character had trauma from her childhood, that took over her life.  We follow the story of a therapist named Rose, who is introduced to an evil that haunts its victims with the use of smiles.  Credit to In ‘Smile,’ Why the Grins Are So Grim — The New York Times Rose is our main character, who had experienced a horrible trauma when she was a child. She had found the body of...

Credit to https://www.ifccenter.com/films/the-ugly-stepsister/ The Ugly Stepsister is a horror version of Cinderella, but we also follow the story of the stepsisters, who are victims of their evil mother. I had no idea this was a Grimm fairytale, and I was so hooked on the movie from beginning to end. The one thing I did not see coming was the extreme violence in this movie. The body horror was so hard to get through, and I kept looking away from the screen every time. The sound design and practical effects in this movie are some of the best I have seen in a horror movie, and I think The Ugly Stepsister is now one of my favorite horror movies of all time. It's a really sad story about what beauty obsession does to a person, and the lengths that person is willing to go through. The Ugly Stepsister follows the story of a young woman who wants to marry a prince.   Credit to 30k+ Youtube Logo Pictures | Download Free Images on Unsplash I have finally been uploading horror videos on my YouTube channel. It has been a fun experience. I’m still uploading mini horror stories on my channel as well, since that was what attracted my followers to my channel in the first place. I’m so happy to see that people are watching my longer videos based on random horror topics I come up with on the spot. The videos are so fun to make, and the best part, I found a way to hide my face! This was the main issue I had when it came to starting my YouTube channel, so I’m glad I found a way to hide myself. What’s really cool, is that I use several horror-like items to shield my identity lol. So far, I have gone over horror films, such as: American Psycho, Beetlejuice 2, Rear Window, The Blair Witch Project, and The Evil Dead. I’m also planning to upload videos on horror books, TV shows, and videogames too in the near future. I’m still trying to figure out what kind o...
